
Overview:
Maud Bailey, a brilliant English academic, is researching the life and work of poet Christabel La Motte. Roland Michell is an American scholar in London to study Randolph Henry Ash, now best-known for a collection of poems dedicated to his wife. Kind of comfort food for romance-dramas. The film features fine performances and good chemistry between Paltrow and Eckhart. I've seen this one a few times over the years and still find it enjoyable. **3.5/5**
