Lot's of incredible designs, costumes, concepts, etc. Unfortunately, the A-story is not all that compelling. Watchable, but does not deliver what fans had been hoping for over the long 5 year wait since the original. _Final rating:★★½ - Had a lot that appealed to me, didn’t quite ....

Unlike the first movie called <I>The Devil's Carnival</I>, this movie is longer in length and has more well known stars in this. However, this movie is like the first one. In fact, it is a continuation of the story so if you didn't like the first movie, you might not like this one ....
