Peter Lorre is, again, on good form as the eponymous sleuth. This adventure sees him in Egypt trying to thwart a cunning plan to cause havoc on the Suez Canal driving a wedge between the French Fleet and the Royal Navy that could cause WWII! It's maybe not the best "Moto" story, inde ....
