Fun anime/cyberpunk/psychic-combat style action film. Borrows **VERY** heavily from GitS, but I won't fault it too much for that since the film is somewhat self-aware and doesn't take itself too seriously. The acting is of course, over the top and ridiculous, but it fits with the ove ....
